Your AVS system consists of many parts – from engineered plans, wiring, installation, to hardware, software, firmware, networking and connections to your ISP or internet services. While your system does include manufacturer’s hardware warranties and our 1-year warranty on all installation workmanship, we recommend a Service Plan to insure proper performance and health of the system.
Service Plan Includes…
- Phone Support – let us know if you operational questions, or something is not working. Often times, we can troubleshoot and recommend a fix right over the phone*
- Scheduling – plan members get faster service and upgrade appointments
- Service Hours – Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm
- 4-hour response time
- Unlimited calls per month
- Remote system access – from across town to across the globe, view cameras, open or close the garage, unlock doors and control lights
- Monthly firmware updates for all network connected devices (excludes TVs)
- Hardware and software support for equipment purchased and installed by us
- Internet and Cable TV equipment troubleshooting and if possible, remote resetting of your device (fee applies)
- Transferable – if you sell, your Plan is transferable to new home buyer (fee applies)
