In this “Home of the Month” feature from Electronic House, you can see how Audio Video Systems is able to meet our client’s desires by choosing the products that will exceed expectations and integrating them into their environment to enhance their daily lives.
With a strong backbone of Elan and RTI control, we have designed this system to grow and expand with the homeowner’s needs. We have recently added a media server system from ReQuest that allows the client to easily access a library of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs throughout the home with the touch of a button, including around the pool and hot tub.
Energy conservation features are also built-in to this design. With the Elan g! automation foundation, the HVAC system is able to be controlled and monitored to maintain a comfortable climate at standard times but be cut back when not needed. LED lighting throughout the house helps keep energy costs down plus additional significant savings are realized with a customized Lutron lighting control system.
One of the big concerns most have when considering adding a little or a lot of electronic components to their home is how difficult it might be to operate. Will their purchase end up causing more headaches than it will help to simplify their lives? New SunBriteTV 4630HD
Bringing outdoor entertainment to a new level of enjoyment, SunBriteTV, the pioneer of all-weather TV technology , introduces the new 4630HD, a 46-inch all-weather full high-definition LCD television. This new 1080p LCD all-weather TV is a lower cost alternative to the company’s other line of TVs designed for weather-proof installation.
The new 4630HD uses an ASA outdoor-rated plastic shell and built-in low-profile two-way speakers plus it is slimmer than its powder-coated, zinc-plated steel counterpart. It delivers the same all-weather feature set as the most popular 4610HD model but with a $700 savings. The 4000:1 contrast ratio LCD screen is protected by a anti-reflective, impact- and scratch-resistant window.
The TV’s baffled and filtered dual-fan airflow system quietly keeps the unit cool in temperatures up to 122 degrees F. In extremely cold climates, the internal thermostatically-controlled heater activates automatically when the TV’s internal temperature dips to 32 degrees F. The heater provides a 20 degree F. temperature rise, allowing the TV to safely remain outdoors in temperatures as low as -24 degrees F.
